I always eat a hearty breakfast. Breakfast means breaking the fast of sleeping. My waking blood sugar is always around 90mg/dl. So I need to eat well to maintain an active life.
Today I had 2scrambled eggs (nothing added), 2 corn tortillas heated in micro., 1/2 cup of canned pink beans, 1/2 cup cooked broccoli for a whopping 371 calories.
