I am the same way, I plan for an evening snack. I usually have half a grapefruit with a little splenda on it and a low calorie string cheese.

2 peices of sugar free hard candy. Usually don't eat after supper.

I am proud to say that I have not had a snack after dinner today. Its late so I will probably be going to bed soon. don't want to ruin all the calories I burned today.

A lot of people who are following a weight loss program train themselves to stop eating after their dinner meal. I always look forward to a small snack after I FINALLY get the kids to bed. Tonight (and most nights) I had a large cup of hot tea and a Fiber One Brownie.

If hunger isn't the problem, food is not the answer.
