Ate a healthy breakfast, drank water at work instead of coffee with half and half, logged my food in SP.


If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.

Went to be earlier last night, thus I got an 'extra' hour of sleep. I feel very upbeat and positive this morning! :)

You can scream, yell, shout, cry, whimper, grunt, bleed, puke and pass out. JUST DON'T QUIT!

Packed a lunch and a bunch of snacks for tomorrow because I have to judge a contest all day, and all the food they have there is concession crap. LOL.

Walked the labyrinth after two hours of walking around the zoo. Did annual Act of Power ceremony, releasing all that does not serve and inviting qualities and things I want to have and do. emoticon
