whole wheat pasta with tomato basil tomato sauce with peppers onions and spinach added by me. and a tiny sprinkle of cheese and chia seeds on top. made sure I drank lots of water for the chia to expand.

spagetti with turkey ground and tomato sauce an whole lot of mushrooms in it onions and basil and fresh garlic... so the sauce went on a bed of rice noodles and kale boiled together in same pot and rinsed.... the sauce was a bit hot.

Crockpot Chicken Stroganoff! 2 lbs chicken breast, 16 oz fat free sour cream, 1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup, small can of mushrooms, and 1 pkg dried onion soup mix all in the slow cooker all day.
Served over whole wheat egg noodles with a side of broccoli. Yum!
I made a pot of ground turkey spaghetti sauce the other day. Tonight I added a tin of bean salad to bulk it out. Boiled a whole head of broccoli, chopped up then as it was cooking added a scoop of sauce. Almost instant minestrone.

I had a broiled pork chop, baked sweet potato, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, and natural applesauce (with just a touch of cinnamon). Felt good about all, but still worry about the butter, although I use I Can't Believe it's Not Butter spray.

A bowl of chili with ground meat (~2oz) and 1.5 meatballs with a little sauce on top. I thought I was being good until I input this meal into my nutrition tracker...YIKES.
It was my husband's night to make dinner, so he made delicious chicken salads. I had to go and ruin it with a bowl of ice cream though. I plan on going to Zumba in the morning, so I'll make sure to work it off.
