I lift weights, do bodyweight training, plyometrics, jogging/running, circuit training, HIIT, power yoga, hiking/walking and swimming.

I like to Half Ironman races, so I Strength train, swim, cycle, run as well I really like kickboxing.

Besides working out in the gym I do swimming, walking-running the dog, and bike riding, lots of bike riding. I have 4 different bikes that I ride with over 1,000 miles between them. It's a great workout that makes a difference
