I can run a 5k in 30 minutes (and still see, talk, and stand after I get done). :)

One of my goals is to be able to do REAL push ups--some day I will succeed!

In all reality, I can't imagine what my life would've been like without finding SP and the wonderful people who are here!

that you couldn't do yesterday (last week, month, year)?
For me, its full push ups (not modified or eccentric). I've started incorporating them into a couple of my lifting routines, and you know what? They're fun! It's probably the novelty that I haven't been able to do more than one or two at a time before, but I actually enjoy them right now. :)
