that you couldn't do yesterday (last week, month, year)? For me, its full push ups (not modified or eccentric). I've started incorporating them into a couple of my lifting routines, and you know what? They're fun! It's probably the novelty that I haven't been able to do more than one or two at a time before, but I actually enjoy them right now. :)
