i like cantalope (or whatever melon is handy). Or perhaps half an apple, or the whole thing?

I do a lot of odd pairings, but they work for me. I would do a colby cheese stick, or mozarella cheese stick. Or, I would do some whole grain pretzels or crackers for the saltiness added in. Yum!

I would eat apple slices with the egg.

I have a spinach salad with the egg chopped up in it. I include another vege usually peas, cucumber or cherry tomatoes. A couple almonds (8) and a teaspoon of olive oil. It is higher fat but healthy fats. If my fat is already high for the day, I skip the olive oil. The egg yolk and tomatoes work like a salad dressing.

An egg is protein...always pair protein ia carb to balance blood sugar...how about 's one Van's 97% Fat Free WAFFLES @ 120 CALORIES...either slice up the egg or make a soft boiled one and top the waffle for moisture....

I like to make little stacks with pickle and tomato slices. And maybe a little dab of mustard. Yum!

I was wondering what is good to pair with a boiled egg to keep me full and totals under 200 calories? The egg is normally my morning snack, but I feel like I need something else. Thanks.
