I do a lot of odd pairings,but they work for me. I would do a colby cheese stick, or mozarella cheese stick. Or, I would do some whole grain pretzels or crackers for the saltiness added in. Yum!

I have a spinach salad with the egg chopped up in it. I include another vege usually peas, cucumber or cherry tomatoes. A couple almonds (8) and a teaspoon of olive oil. It is higher fat but healthy fats. If my fat is already high for the day, I skip the olive oil. The egg yolk and tomatoes work like a salad dressing.

Take your focus off the Marshmallow.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

An egg is protein...always pair protein ia carb to balance blood about 's one Van's 97% Fat Free WAFFLES @ 120 CALORIES...either slice up the egg or make a soft boiled one and top the waffle for moisture....

I like to make little stacks with pickle and tomato slices. And maybe a little dab of mustard. Yum!

A cheese stick or what about some sauteed mushrooms...Mushrooms go well with everything! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

A thin slice of cracked wheat bread with honey...yum! Less than 100 cals...

1 cup of Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries chopped in it...less than 150 cals

I was wondering what is good to pair with a boiled egg to keep me full and totals under 200 calories? The egg is normally my morning snack, but I feel like I need something else. Thanks.
