This is tough because you want to be certain that it is your piriformis that is causing the issue. My best suggestion is to rest for a few days and see how you feel.

I am in too much pain to run, and am trying to not walk, bike or use the elliptical--all of which will irritate my piriformis. Does anyone have some suggestions for cardio that will allow my piriformis to rest for a few days?
