Yes, I guess I'm working out every day on a bike and other exercises and I'm doing my food lover program too. I was thinking if I'm hurting than keep it up. I'm 324lb.As far as food go 3 meals & 3 snack,& 8 glasses of water a day

If you are hurting and haven't started working out, I suggest you start slowly with a stability ball or yoga or just walking,. I started exercising because I hurt and it was significantly improved within 1 week.
OTOH (On The Other Hand) if you are hurting BECAUSE you worked out, you over did. Back it up a notch and let your body recover. Don't forget that you need a day of rest between strength training days.

If you are new to working out, take it easy. You need rest days for your muscles to recover. Yo should see your doctor if its not from working out. Your doctor can advise you on the best wa to get started based on our fitness level.
