yes, the chicken and veggies are really delicious when cooked like this. I put it over some brown rice.

Saute pepper, onion, and chicken until cooked. Sprinkle with a little low sodium soy and serve over rice. Yum!

Sautee your red peppers finely chopped with onion

add little olive oil and black pepper and fresh garlic if you have for taste

Cut up chicken breast length wise - season with oregano, paprika, black pepper and whatever else you like

Add chicken strips to pan once the onions and peppers have cooked down

Mean while begin cooking your brown rice with chicken broth or vegetable broth to give extra flavor serve your chicken and veggies over the brown rice

I have boneless, skinless chicken breast, brown rice, bell pepper, and onion! Any ideas on how to turn this into a meal?
