1. So when I go clothes shopping, I don't have to feel self-conscious about which section I'm in.
2. So when I go swing dancing, I can keep dancing for more than one or two songs in a row.
3. So that when I do (eventually) have kids, I'll be able to keep up with them.

1. Stay healthy - I've been getting constant headaches DAILY, went to the doctor, and didn't find anything serious... so I started to exercise again, and eat more healthy.. so far, NO headaches :) I tend to keep it that way!

2. I can fit my clothes again! - I'm tired of wearing big blouses/shirts to hide mid section. It's time to lose it off instead of hiding it

1. my husband told me that he was not as attracted to me anymore.
2. I am tired of always being in pain (back, knees, ankles, skin problems etc).
3. I would like a strong, healthy, and functional body. I had it once before and was fit and healthy I could complete in a triathlon. I looked great in any clothes and could buy off the rack. I had no problem getting a date and compliments from the men around me. I miss that and want it back (especially from my husband... who loves me no matter what my size but is also sometimes painfully honest).

#1 reason is to get healthy and feel better! I'm too young to have the body issues that I already do (ie, bad joints)
#2 to feel better about myself. I'm a really outgoing person and have a very active social life, but sometimes I feel like I have to fake it. I want to be confident!

1. To improve my strength for climbing
2. To finally feel confident with boys
3. To push my body to really see what it can do!
