the 10 minute videos are great if you don't have tons of time. You can do 1 or 2 sections a day. If you have more time, go for The firm, Denise Austin, things like that. Check your local library to see what they have. You can try before you buy. Also check your cable company to see if they have things "on demand". If you use netflix or blockbuster, they have tons too.

I am a BIG fan of anything Leslie Sansone. I can get thru her walking workouts and can do at my own pace. I have severe arthiritis so I can't do anything crazy where you have to jump around or do lunges/squats. It's impossible for me so I stick with Leslie.

Zumba--I like them all--the old ones, cardio party ones and Exhilerate ones.
Jane Fonda,s walk out aerobics, and Leslie Sansone,s walk away the pounds. Both have different levels you can choose. Leslies has kick boxing which I love...and Janes has the 18 minute fast mile...they are both interesting enough to keep you motivated....

Bollywood Dance with Hemalya (or however it's spelled). I love Bollywood music, and the workout keeps you moving without being overly exhausting. The DVD is divided up into sections, so you can skip around to an area you feel like working on, which is really nice.
