Granny Smith Apple sprinkled with cinnamon is often my 'go-to' snack.
Occasionally Greek Yogurt mixed with chia seeds and cinnamon. Herbal tea (not technically a snack, but enjoyable)
Snow peas or some other light veggie

I ALWAYS factor in evening snack calories as well. A treat to look forward to as a reward for a day well lived keeps me on track. Most often - air popped in the microwave popcorn misted very lightly with EVOO from my Misto and then a hint of fine sea salt. YUM!!!

I love my evening snack! Here are some of my favorites:
greek yogurt half a tortilla and 0.5 oz cheddar cheese melted half a tortilla and half a banana and 1 tbsp better n peanut butter jello pudding 0.25 cup grapenuts and almond milk and blueberries + a teaspoon of sugar or truvia oatmeal + a million fruit combos....
mine are usually carby probably because I am usually on the low end for carbs at the end of the day -funny because I used to be a carb junky!

I generally have a hot 50/50 water/milk drink along with some banana, or wholegrain toast with cottage cheese or protein spread. I always make allowances for an evening snack with my calories.

have you considered a *small* handful of nuts; one ounce of cheese; or some roasted soy nut trail mix? I find some protein helps hold me through the night!

I want ice cream at night. So I like Skinny Cow ice cream bars (100-140 calories depending on the specific type ) ... Klondike has 80 calorie bars ... etc.
When I eat some ice cream, I definitely do NOT feel deprived -- and these products help me control my portion size.
Sparkers, I need night time snacks, because of the time I get to bed & if I don't allot for one I binge.
