My fast break this week is tracking my food with more accuracy. I've been tracking a long time and have gotten complacent in my measurements - time to get back on track!

I'm revisiting Fast Break with SparkCoach. My goals are 8 glasses of wayer, tell someone about my goals, and eat a piece pf fresh fruit daily.

So I got back from vacation and just feeling like I can take on the world, so I have came back to the site. I restated my fast break goals. I'm doing the exercise 10 minutes a day, getting up without the snooze button, and tracking everything I'm eating.

What are everyone else fast break goals. . .
