I workout everyday, try to eat healthy, drinks lots of water, and pray everyday!!!!

I do a full body weight lifting session 4 days a week. I also eat a clean diet and do cardio 5 days a week.

Lift weights 4 day split routine, cardio now 5 days a week and I TRY to eat as clean as I can.

What things do you do EVERY DAY (or, almost every day) that support your good health?

Things that you have been doing (almost) daily for at least two months. Could be anything as long as it's something you have had to develop a habit for.
