I have been on SparkPeople for awhile now, and tend to change mine up every now and then. Right now, my FastBreak goals are:

1) stretch daily for five minutes
2) eat a fresh piece of produce each day
3) read an inspirational quote

What are the little changes you are implementing to start this program?
I am back recommitted to Sparkpeople after getting some bloodwork back that showed my fasting blood sugar was higher than it should be.

I've committed myself to daily tracking, at least 1 10 minute walk/day, and training myself to like my coffee black (with Truvia) rather than adding any high-calorie cream or other things to lighten it.
