That this 48 year old lady could do an hour of circuit training. Yay for me!

I am proud of the fact that I woke up at 8 am, had a healthy breakfast, signed up for a July weight loss challenge, weighed in, went to work, and ate food from home. (I even said NO to BACON. It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. Lol. And I'm only half joking.) I put my scales away so I do not step on them (you know I have a problem when the word scale becomes plural) in between weekly weigh-ins. And I'm proud that I've made arrangements to go to a meeting after work and am leaving said meeting with a gym bag in tow. Cheers to July!

I went to the doctor yesterday and I'm down 18 pounds since March! I feel that I should have lost more in that time frame, but I'm still proud of myself. I'm going to my brother-in-law's wedding in 109 days and I'd like to at least lose another 20+ pounds by then. I sure hope I can do it.

Is stayed within my calorie range, did not feel deprived, and also got some exercise in today, although I would not think I would be able to.

I had a great workout today and haven't touched the pizza that's in the fridge (it's been there since last night, and I don't even want it!)

Making a healthy and satisfying meal for under 500 calories. It was so filling I don't think I'd need a bedtime snack. Also walking for and hour and a half.
