Managed to break a plateau after about 5 months of staying stagnant at the same kg!!! Very very happy. :-)

I am proud of the fact that I woke up at 8 am, had a healthy breakfast, signed up for a July weight loss challenge, weighed in, went to work, and ate food from home. (I even said NO to BACON. It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. Lol. And I'm only half joking.) I put my scales away so I do not step on them (you know I have a problem when the word scale becomes plural) in between weekly weigh-ins. And I'm proud that I've made arrangements to go to a meeting after work and am leaving said meeting with a gym bag in tow. Cheers to July!
I went to the doctor yesterday and I'm down 18 pounds since March! I feel that I should have lost more in that time frame, but I'm still proud of myself. I'm going to my brother-in-law's wedding in 109 days and I'd like to at least lose another 20+ pounds by then. I sure hope I can do it.
