Alligator sauce piquante. I was very happy to see that my favorite meal ever isn't bad on the calories (about 450 per serving, even with white rice!). I'm going to reduce the roux by 1/2 to make it even lower-calorie, since I'll probably want seconds.
*Shrimp grilled on a skewer (marinaded in Italian dressing and a dash of Creole seasoning) *Basmati rice medley from Trader Joe's and a vegetable of some sort, probably baby *Portobello mushrooms on the grill.
