used to do skinny cow as well, but two years ago I ditched dairy of all kinds. Now when i want a frozen snack, I prepare fruit sorbets from the frozen fruit in my freezer. Very satisfyng
i find that i don't really have the sweet cravings since I started my vegan raw lifestyle. Actually the sugar makes me ill and kind of mean and crabby. Besides I keep remembering what the withdrawal from refined sugars and flours were like and you couldn't pay me enough to go through that again.

I've been very fortunate since starting SparkPeople just a few months ago, and have not experienced any strong cravings for any of the normally craved foods that we all love to hate, when we are trying to eat healthy.
My worst, though is ice cream. Fortunately for me, the sweet cravings are not really there anymore at all, and if I do find myself thinking about ice cream, I keep my freezer stocked with Skinny Cow ice cream cups in a variety of flavors that fully satisfy that craving.
