Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.

Time? Peace? Health? Family well being? .. all of those are always on the list.
For tangibles, I want the new Cuisinart slow cooker that has an integrated browning element and steamer.... my days at work are long and anything that makes it easier to cook healthy meals at home is a good thing!

Nothing. I don't have everything, but I have enough.
My neighbors just won $25,000 playing the lotto. I pity them because they are the most foul mouthed, dysfunctional family I have ever been around. After the money is spent, they will still be dealing with all the drama. There is so much peace in my house and that is way more precious to me than any amount of money.

I want all twelve of my Grandchildren to have a great Christmas. But most of all to remember the reason for the season, giving is sometimes better then receiving.

I am asking for new shoes, my situation is different from many in that one leg has a brace-like devise that helps me to walk, and my feet are wide, so my shoe requirements are different than most. I am hopeful that my family all get what they are hoping for as well!

YOJULEZ my bf is EXACTLY the same! buys anything he sees! As for what I'm giving for gifts... I'm trying to make my money go a bit further this year so I'm making lots of home made presents. I already had LOTS of wool that has been sitting around in my cupboard for ages so I am making a lot of knitted gifts. It's a nice way of saving money and giving something that they don't already have. I am buying lots of little things to go with these gifts, plenty of stuff to unwrap that way.

I'm hoping for a really nice camera, as I would like to start food blogging. But as that costs at least $500, that probably won't happen :) I am also hoping for the pasta making attachment for my Kitchen-Aid mixer, and I have a bunch of other cooking related things on my list.
If I get a bonus from work I'm going to buy my BF a kegerator (he would die!!) and my mom her own Kitchen-Aid mixer. If I don't get the bonus, I'll probably get my mom some clothes, she always likes when I shop for her, and not sure on my BF yet... he's hard to buy for because he's the type to buy whatever he wants throughout the year. I always just get my brother a gift card, and he does the same for me LOL
I am more focused on what I am giving then receiving. What great gift are you giving out? I got these really nice shoe box type decorated boxes. I then bought candle burners and wax that come in cubes. I melted the wax into these pretty little dishes with great scents and put them in a plastic bag and tied a pretty ribbon and hung the name of the fragrance on a pretty label tag. I am making three of these great boxes, one for my oldest daughter who is married, one for my mom, and one for my sister. I have the first box all done and I am absolutely thrilled with it andI am anticipating for my loved ones to open them up. Each box contains one burner and six different scented candles. Omgosh the smell when the lid is removed from the box is heavenly. :) Once I am done with all my gifts for others, then I will think of the hints to give my hubby because like you and most women we like our little somethings too.:) Wishing everyone happy and healthy holidays! :)
Hey guys, just wondering what you're all hoping Santa will bring this year? Anyone hoping for fitness gifts? I am hoping to get a zumba DVD set that comes with toning sticks, I hear it's a fabulous way of getting in shape
