I used to crave chocolate like crazy. The more I ate the more I wanted. I just controlled it. (but not sometimes) I had it down to a science also. I knew M&Ms would satisfy my cravings and low intense chocolate like milk chocolate or Ores would make me crave more. When the really dark chocolate came out my doctor had me eating that to reduce Cholesterol. After eating it for a year or two, I stopped craving it. Now I crave it sometimes and a little dark chocolate will satisfy and make the craving go away.
My doctor said, "I want you to eat Salmon, almonds, garlic, dark chocolate and red wine." I said I think I can do that!
