I have a plain bagel with peanut butter and sliced bananas on top. Then, add some milk or something. Very good and filling. :]

You could have a bowl of cereal with skim milk, some yogurt, and a banana. That should be right around 400-500 calories :)

since i'm required to eat 1800-2100 calories a day;i'm planning on eating 500 calories for every meal and 2-3 snacks which contain 100-200 calories. so,could you help me make up a 500 calorie breakfast? BTW: i'm a vegetarian so no bacon,sausage...etc
