It completely varies by day, schedule and what I can fit in. I take a week long approach w/ a goal of 300 min ea week. That is my "target" to work with...

30 -45 minutes 5 days a week.

if i am getting trained it is 1/2 hour.
If i take a aqua fit class- close to 50 minutes
if i exercise on my own- 12 minutes high intensity (this is my go to. the others are only once a week)

depending on my day my workout is between 35 - 70 mins
