I'm amazed that after working out for 60+ days straight I don't notice any difference in how my body looks. I ride the bike intensely, do a weight training video 3 times a week, and do a Combat video a couple times a week and don't see any change.
Lay aside life-harming heaviness and entertain a cheerful disposition.
I am amazed at how the body works to change, heal, adapt, and regulate itself. But it can only do this if it gets the fuel it needs in the amount it can handle and it can only move efficiently when we keep it going... otherwise, it begins to stall, rust and break down

My body, four weeks after my c section, was healed enough to get clearance from the doctor to go back to the gym. The next day I went to my favorite cardio dance class, and made it through a full hour first day back! I am thankful for my body's ability to bounce back after almost anything, even major surgery!

What amazes me is I am beginning to see results.. Small ones and not very noticable without a tape messure but changes nevertheless. Over all I have lost an inch off my arms, thighs, waist and hips. This is so encouraging and rewarding. It makes me want to try even harder.
Hi,I am new at this. I love , love , love this program. I started my diet October 2, 2013 my beginning weight was origionally 293lbs. I am currently down to 280lbs. It is a lot of work and I have to keep talking to myself so that I can stay on track. Each time I feel a food weakness coming on that would sabortage my progress I tell myself that must have RELENTLESS DETERMINATION. So far so good. I have a long way to go. So anything that you can share will be greatly appreciated

I've quite a history, but, suffice to say, in the last five years I've had to have both hips replaced, and I am in amazing shape and doing very well and can do almost everything I used to do...so, I'd say my body is amazingly strong, adaptive, beautiful and healthy.
What amazes me is how quickly it can adapt and heal. Our bodies are amazing!

Last month, we went to S Africa on safari. Between the 4 of us their were more camera lenses than eyeballs:-) While out in the bush, looking for lions, elephants or rhinos...I started to see the flowers and birds and landscape. Monkeys were so nervous, it was tough to catch a photo of them. On occasion snapping a photo of the beautifully colored birds was difficult. As I made journal entries each night, my minds eye...the memory of what my actual eyes had seen would paint vivid pictures of what my cameras missed. What amazes me....is that the miracle of my eyes which were given by God can outperform any lens I could buy! So look over your body and share what amazes you about your body!
