This week has been rough. My little sister went into labor last week and threw my good eating habits all off track; my exercise has been thrown off too. But I went shopping for Prom Dresses yesterday and I did lots of walking. Then went roller skating last night and even some bowling. So there was some movement that went along with the poor eating. I plan on having another busy day; but I'm going to remain active so I won't feel like I wasted an entire day. Then Monday morning...back to the drawing board. emoticon
