I happened upon Spark a month ago. What a great program! I really like the broad spectrum of what's offered, and I especially like the way foods are broken down into their nutrients. As a former WW member over and over and over and . . ., I prefer Spark because at WW, no matter how hard I tried, I was constantly comparing myself to others. With Spark, I feel less pressure and more relaxed to make healthy choices.
