Last night I fixed Honey Garlic Pork Chops. They were good but I didn't get to marinate them for long and I think they would have been more flavorful if I could have left them in it longer. The recipe couldn't have been simplier - honey, soy sauce and minced garlic. I added a splash of red wine vinegar and some red pepper flakes to spice it up some. Recipe said to grill them but I suck at grilling so I baked them at 375. Tender and yummy.
