I'm loving sparkcoach-it's helpful and fun! what I noticed is that when I'm thirsty all I want is a cold sugary drink, like powerade my next goal is to drink only water!! also it doesn't seem like I get enough protein and I sure don't get enough veggies!!
Haha - that's great advice! Cereal can be bad when you have too much of it. It doesn't fill me up particularly and doesn't reallly have a lot of nutritional value. I have switched to oatmeal for breakfast (steel cut oats) and try to do a salad for lunch. I'm a sucker for carbs so it's hard sometimes. Good luck with your spark coach!

I just joined SparkCoach. I find it to be helpful to me in that it helps me to be structured. It has asked me to go to this message board and make a post of what I learned today about tracking my foods. So here goes!
I learned that eating cereal for breakfast and cereal for lunch leaves me with not enough carbohydrates to eat for the rest of the day. Ugh! I thought I was eating healthy, but I've used up most of my carbs for the day. This was a good lesson.
