I just joined SparkCoach. I find it to be helpful to me in that it helps me to be structured. It has asked me to go to this message board and make a post of what I learned today about tracking my foods. So here goes!
I learned that eating cereal for breakfast and cereal for lunch leaves me with not enough carbohydrates to eat for the rest of the day. Ugh! I thought I was eating healthy, but I've used up most of my carbs for the day. This was a good lesson.
Track and learn. Lol.
Tomorrow will be another day.
