I have learned that it is difficult to reach my calorie goal (based on BMR and activity level)! I have also learned to listen to my body and I stop eating when I'm no longer hungry! One slice of pizza last night instead of five! Satisfied and full! I love vegetables, I am not overly fond of fruit! I am enjoying no longer eating at a restaurant every lunch! This is fun and I'm happy that I don't feel stressed, this isn't difficult, it's flowing naturally for me! This is the right time and I'm excited to see results!
