What I have learned after being on SP just a short time is that I have had too many carbs in my diet - healthy carbs, but too many! As well, I have confirmed my intolerance to milk; interesting that it is only drinking milk that causes the issues, yogurt and some cheese don't bother me. Am I weird or what? The toughest part of this for me is that since I have joine SP I have not been well so am able to do only some activity. Even though I haven't been doing much exercise I have still lost 2 lbs this week.
