I would encourage you to investigate your milk issue more with your doctor for an accurate diagnosis. Those with lactose intolerance have difficulty with the natural sugar in milk. Yogurt and cheese contain much less milk sugar and are therefore much better tolerated. This could be the reasoning....check with your doctor.

congrats on your 2 lb weight loss!!! this is the first time I'm really taking advantage of the sparkpeople trackers; sparkcoach helps because I know that when I log on to the site I'll have to track! I've noticed that when I drink sugary drinks my calories are too high! need to work on that I also hardly eat veggies but at least I'm getting more aware of what I eat and drink keep going!

What I have learned after being on SP just a short time is that I have had too many carbs in my diet - healthy carbs, but too many! As well, I have confirmed my intolerance to milk; interesting that it is only drinking milk that causes the issues, yogurt and some cheese don't bother me. Am I weird or what? The toughest part of this for me is that since I have joine SP I have not been well so am able to do only some activity. Even though I haven't been doing much exercise I have still lost 2 lbs this week.
