only three? How to choose....rosemary for its sublime fragrance, cilantro for its sweet freshness, and maybe oregano for its universality, is that even a word? haha. I love em all, hard to really say

I like the musician Herbie Hancock.

I have too many favorite herbs to single out three.

I am having fun here, but I was taught in school herb is never capitalize, because when it is it then becomes a man's name. Not sure how true that is. Not being a spelling bee here, was just playing around is all, and got to thinking if it was true or not. I know I never capitalize it.
