I don't like adding things to my water so I've made it my goal for it to be the first thing I drink in the morning and the last drink at night! Sparkspeople keeps me on track as well!

I like to drink hot water in the morning instead of coffee. Add some lemon to it and it's even better. I also purchased water bottles for my desk that have a straw in them. For some reason, it seemed to become habit more easily to drink it when I don't have to remove a cap, but instead just take a sip.

I love cucumber slices in my water. It's super refreshing. Herbs like basil and mint are also lovely.
I love water, but sometimes first thing in the morning I can't drink it because it makes me sick! Is using products like Crystal Light or Mio (I think thats the name) healthy? What are some creative ways you drink water?
