I love chicken and eat boneless skinless chicken thighs daily. Just easier to cut up for cooking, and higher fat than the breast, even without skin. Also love ground beef with the highest fat % possible.
I also like flounder, and lean pork chops on rare occasions. Other meats I like are breakfast meats, although the Na makes me enjoy them only rarely ( sausage, bacon, ham ).
I eat 4 eggs a day, and love them. For veggies, I most often use tomatoes, green beans, and mushrooms (daily about 4 cups). I am diabetic, so I rarely eat fruit, and if I do, it is either an apple, a plum, or a cup of raspberries.
With low carb eating I have now been off ALL diabetes meds for 41 months!
Most meats, including seafood, are as close to "zero carb" as you're likely to find. I love them! If you like shrimp, see if you can find langostinos. They taste like little lobsters, but are about the size of medium shrimp. I get mine from our local chain grocery (Publix) already shelled and cooked. I just pull a handful out of the freezer and defrost them in a small cup of water.... yummy quick snack, or even a meal (on salad, in a sauce, in soup....).
Green leafies are also very minimal in carbs.
I absolutely *love* fruit... but the sugars are too high to really be in the "low carb" list. At least, not by the prescribed diet we're on.
For snacks, I like jerky and pork rinds, and we eat lots of hard-boiled eggs. Even pre-cooked bacon. I cook a couple packages and refrigerate them, and then pull out a few slices and toast them in the toaster oven to crisp them up.
There's lots of food lists for low-carbing. Go on a search! I bet you'll find lots of possibilities.

I loved dried codfish! And I also love salmon sashimi, pickled olives, dark dark chocolate and creamy avocados. None of these foods are 0 carbohydrates (granted the nutrition label on the codfish and olives will say so), but they are all very low.
I hate to burst your bubble but shrimp do have carbs...small amounts but they are not carb free.
This is a macronutrient which should be consumed in the right amounts. Yes, shrimp are low in fat and low calorie protein...and to answer your question I enjoy many fruits and veggies that are low carb....
When you need a refreshing low calorie snack, nibble on 1/2 cup of sliced cucumbers with freshly squeezed lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper for just 8 calories and 2 grams of carb.
You can enjoy a snack of 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes for just 13 calories and 2 grams of carb or medium sized radishes which have just 1 calorie each and well under half a gram of carb. A typical 3 inch carrot stick has only 3 calories and less than 1 gram of carb.

One generous size slice .....17 calories and 4 grams of carb...I have this with a low fat spread, a smidgen of peanut butter and sometimes homemade salsa. I also like Green Pepper slices dipped in salsa..
I also enjoy 1/4 cup of blueberries, which has 20 calories and 5 grams of carb.
