If it's in a box of tea, I drink it. And someitmes I'll put two different tea bags in the cup. According to Dr. William Li, tea is anti-angiogenic, which, as I understand it, means it helps keep angeiogenic blood vessel growth in balance, thus fighting growth of cancer tumors and fat cells. Both of those things are important to me.

My morning favorite is Yunnan, which I brew from leaves.
I was given various 'disks' of tea from China. My supply of teas will last at least 50 lifetimes. This tea requires splitting disk, separating the leaves and pre-brewing before tea can be brewed. Is it worth the effort? Yes it is. The flavor is beyond comparison. MMMM, think I will brew some up right now. So, please excuse me for a while.

Anything and everything under the sun, it would seem. I am fond of buying many, many types of loose leaf teas and combining them in assorted ways to create new flavours (I currently have just under fifty different varieties in my cupboard, which include blacks, greens, whites, herbals, fruits, rooibos, and yerba mates). Tea is amazing.

A huge variety but my fall back one is Rebush spice for it's high anti-oxidants.
