9:30am here and 84 degrees with a "feels like" temp of 96. YIKES! No outside walk for me right now. Plus I got super sun burned at the beach yesterday. I'm going to do Shred for the second time and maybe walk tonight. It's usually a bit cooler after the afternoon rain.

I do my compound exercises in the backyard with hubby's workout bench but it's been so bloody hot this week! Even in the morning it's like 80 something degrees and muggy. I got one ST day in on Wednesday and suffered from mild heat stroke the rest of the day.
So I haven't done anything else since then aside from cardio indoors. Was suppose to do ST Friday but did HIIT indoors instead. Was suppose to make up for it today but then found out I'm going to my in laws so I won't have time (it's not very hot this morning but wet out there after storming all night). Just going to do some cardio indoors before we go and do some swimming there.
Tomorrow looks gorgeous for working out! A cold front moved in. Will finally get out there tomorrow morning.
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.
I walked to the gym and did 30 mins on the treadmill and I was DONE. I was drenched in sweat even with the AC on. Gross! my heart rate got up to 130 bbp on the 4 min walk to the gym! There is a hill but still! Be careful out there!

I'm still trying to figure this out... I didn't get up until about 12:30 (late night last night), and it's obviously too hot to go outside, being the hottest part of the day. It's a strength training day, so that I can do inside, but I try to do cardio every day. I may go for a walk tonight when the sun starts going down, or I may do some workout videos inside today.

Funny thing you ask, I was just pondering what to do since at 11am it is already 86 degrees, which knocks out going outside, and one of the kids is sick so going to the gym is not an option. I am part of a 100 mile in 90 days challenge locally so was trying to think of a way to get in miles without leaving the house. Hope some other people chime in.
