I have to keep telling myself, don't let setbacks knock you off your path, and you can do this because you are worth it and you deserve it! It has kept me going to so far, 20lbs off!

When I feel my motivation on the wane, I play Marine Corps cadence chants that my son gave me as gift. He made a loop and they just play and play. I asked him as a former Marine does he use these chants to motivate yourself? I can't repeat what he said, just glad that I got them.

I ordered and received two five-pound kettlebells. And while working with them I sing a jingle to the tune of Jingle Bells - KETTLEBELLS, KETTLEBELLS, KETTLE ALL THE WAY. OH WHAT FUN IT IS TO SWING MY KETTLEBELLS.
Try working with two kettlebells, one in your right hand and one in your left hand and swing them. It is a good workout for your arms and shoulders. WooHoo!
