I have several things that motivate me. I want to be healthy so that I can watch my kids and my grandson have hahppy productive lives. I want to be there for them. I want to grow old with my hubby and be healthy to do all the things we want to do. I want to keep my brain healthy and prevent alzheimers. I want to stay active for as long as I can. I want ot be able to care for my mother.
