Walking. We gave ourselves a great treadmill for Christmas I can walk while watching my online class videos. No more excuses not to get up and move. I have watch my classes now I can do both and still have time for my toddler and husband.

I recently rediscovered the Zumba Dance game on Wii and I love it! You burn serious calories and laugh at how silly you look. It is so fun it doesn't even feel like exercise but you will definitely sweat!
