BTW, if you're male and over 60 (prostate), drinking water at night will probably guarantee an extra visit to the john, before AM.

Depends how many calories I have left.

Among them:

- 1 - 2 slices of 35 cal bread with 9-17 g PB.
- 100 calorie microwave popcorn
- Chobani Greek yogurt -- the type depends on calories available (this stuff is addicitive!)
- Plain Fat-Free yogurt with Marmalade -- depending on calories available: regular, low sugar, or sugar-free
- spoon-sized shredded wheat with Fat-Free milk
- Cheerios with FF milk
- Fruit, especially grapes
- rarely: egg whites

If I have a craving at night I drink tea that way the craving is gone.
After dinner if I have extra calories and I'm still hungry I love greek yogurt with honey and almonds!
