This week my favorite is Pepperidge Farm Double Chocolate Milano Cookies! emoticon

Most everything else is fresh fruits and veggies and meats so this is an indulgence for me.

I'm a label reader, not a brand person. Aldi does have a lot of healthy less expensive choices.

Kashi products, Chobani Greek Yogurt, Ezekiel breads, Farmer's Market Fresh vegetables and fruit, Horizon Organic FF milk, Silk Original Soy Milk, Swanson's lo sodium/lo fat broths, Newman's Salsa, Ortega 40% reduced sodium Taco seasoning, Old El Paso Super stuffers Taco Shells, Perdue Ground Turkey, Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter, and Smucker's Low Sugar, No artificial Sweetener Preserves. I'm sure there are more, but that's all I can think of at the moment.

I'm a big fan of FAGE and Chobani Greek yogurts.

And I like Cascadia Farms brand cereals. I only buy them when they are on sale. they're a little pricey.

Blue menu. PC makes some great products that are low in sodium, added sugar and perservatives. But I try to buy mostly fresh produce and meats. I also buy Bob's Red Mill but I'm not a big fan of Kashi, although their food tastes wonderful... it's usually high in sugar and other ingredients I'm not keen on. I've had a box of their granola bars in my pantry for months now and it's still more than half full. I prefer to make my own granola or granola bars.

If you have ana ALDI store near you they sell a lot of the FIT N ACTIVE products. They are low in calories and taste good and have a much lower price tag than many of their conterparts

Kashi, definitely. So many options, and all have multiple grains in them.

I really like the greek yogurt; the chobani. And although its not a brand, I love making smoothies in the morning now too. I'd never done that before up until last year. It fills you up and you can add in many different fruits to make it flavorful!
