My new fav - take some chicken breasts (about 4 or 5) add some onion, some diced tomatos with green chiles, a little garlic, some salt, pepper. cook all afternoon then shread and eat on a soft tortilla with a little mexican cheese. Yum.
Pork roast with potatoes and carrots. I make a mean gravy.

Pork. When I tried it, I forgot about all the cautions about cooking pork. It was delicious - a roast, with a few very simple additions. I can't eat chicken cooked in a crock pot, though my husband loves it.
