My new fav - take some chicken breasts (about 4 or 5) add some onion, some diced tomatos with green chiles, a little garlic, some salt, pepper. cook all afternoon then shread and eat on a soft tortilla with a little mexican cheese. Yum.

A non-guilty pleasure!

Pork. When I tried it, I forgot about all the cautions about cooking pork. It was delicious - a roast, with a few very simple additions. I can't eat chicken cooked in a crock pot, though my husband loves it.

I like it when I cook a roast with carrots and potatoes and onions and I also like to cook a whole chicken with vegetables.

Beef stroganoff. I know, not healthy, but I love it. I am trying out some lightened up versions. I hope to find one that I love.

Chili, turkey bone soup, chicken, I haven't found a crock pot recipe I didn't like. The ABC soup from a previous poster sounds great, it's now on my list to try.

I may not be there yet but I'm closer than I was yesterday.

I got tired of starting over and working back to where I was, so I have stopped giving up!

I love making ABC soup!

Simple ingredients : potatoes, carrots, onions, chicken (preferably on bone) and a can of campbell's cream of mushroom soup, top with water and boil for 4 hours. Walla! lovely soup!
