To get experience in any profession, you can start by volunteering. Start a fitness class in any space large enough that is free (or almost free). I started in my living room and later moved to my office. All you really need is you solo, but it works better if you have one or two friends to join you.
Also, I took two nutrition classes in college which were significant and a key to helping me keep my weight within my desired range for the last thirty years. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of at least one class (five credits) of college level nutrition. Anything you read afterwards makes more sense since you have basic knowledge.
Study is lonely, hard work, which is why most people won't do it. Little can be as beneficial as working to learn by opening books as you have done. Keep going with it! Meanwhile, join fitness classes to observe and learn from other fitness instructors.

Thanks again for great suggestions, appreciate that! I know I should find fitness trainer job as soon as possible in order to get this experience. However I also know that I lack of knowledge probably woudn't even know where to start and how to train new client. This '' fear'' kind of stops me. I like to read those kind of "Self-Improvement" books and they are always saying "don't stop because of fear" "everytime try new things" "go out of your comfort zone" etc. Probably when I'll start another fitness course will try to get experience, I think it's super great when you're studying and at the same time you're getting this practical experience of your subject.

I really don't know how it works as I've never wanted to do it but if I did
1] I would get an idea for a class.. e.g Zumba, circuits, etc.
2] Hire a venue. Most gyms or halls can be hired by the hour
3] Advertise, advertise, advertise. Put up posters everywhere. Hand out leaflets in malls, etc etc
4] Charge a "breakeven rate" for firsrt few sessions to get numbers up or offer the first class free.
5] Once in your class spend time getting to know everyone - get to know thier aspirations.. motivate them..

Most chain gyms hold "auditions" for group exercise instructors because they want to see how an instructor interacts with members. All instructors with or without experience have to audition to see if you'd be a good fit for that particular gym. If you look at my spark page, you'll find a blog I wrote on an audition I went to a month or so ago. That will give you an idea of what the audition process is like.
What I would recommend is going over to a couple of local gyms and find out when they are holding auditions. then, you need to put together a class. so, you'll need music and a routine. In general, most audition will watch you teach in front of a class for about 5-10 minutes.
Do you have a gym membership ? If so, talk to your favorite instructor. Ask them if they'll be your mentor. As part of the mentoring process, they'll allow you to "teach" a small segment of the class to get some experience in front of an audience. I mentor new instructors.
Also, if you can get a part time job at a gym working at the desk, that will still give you experience with different people. As an employee of that gym, you'll be able to take classes when you're not working. You'll be able to talk to instructors and personal trainers. That will give you the exposure you need to get your fitness career going.
Like I said, there is only so much you can learn from books. You have to get out there and apply that knowledge. And yes, that might mean working a menial job at a gym. We all had to start somewhere.
Ah ... can't get a job without experience, can't get experience without a job. :)
You're in a beautiful place for this though, as compared to say a plumber. How many of your friends and family would love to have a FREE fitness class to go to? Use a local park, invite 2 or more people you know, and record their progress. You can use your experience helping them, and the improvements you record that they make, to be your "experience" to prove you can do the job.

Thanks a lot guys for your suggestions! I'm 'Fitness Instructor'' many gyms requires experience teaching groups and classes, unfortunately I only have a little bit this kind of experience (did Exercise to Music exam) At this moment it's pretty difficult to find a job as fitness instructor even part time, because they all require EXPERIENCE. So I don' t know where to start in order to get this experience. However I've decided to get higher qualification and start studying again as a fitness instructor. As most of you suggested the best way to learn is by practising, by working with real people and learning from them. So I think I chose the right way by and thanks again for your great posts! :)

Are you certified to be a personal trainer or group exercise instructor ? If not, I'm going to encourage you to look into programs to become one or the other. If you really want to teach fitness, then you need to start working with people. lots of different people of different ages, fitness abilities, goals etc... Yes, it IS extremely important to have an education, a good one. You must know your subject, but you can't learn motivation from a book. That's why you need to get out into the real world and start working with real people. Find out what their needs are and learn how to craft a program that will help them achieve their fitness goals. The more you work with people, the more you'll learn about how the body works, how to be motivating and the most important thing, how to teach.
As a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, you'll be expected to continue your education i.e. learning anatomy, exercise science, motivation, etc. If you're going to be a professional, you're constantly learning. It's a never ending process.
Have you considered working part time at a gym ? that's if you're still in school. If so, working at a gym is a good way to get real world experience. Most chain gyms won't let you be a personal trainer or group exercise instructor unless you have the proper certifications. Some might if you're currently studying for a degree in exercise science. depends. you'll have to talk to the gym to see what their requirements are.
But if you have been taking classes to become a fitness instructor, you need to start working with people to get experience. the more experience you have, the more everything you learned on those books will make sense. right now, they're just words in a book. Talk to people and those words will jump off the page.

I found that the best way to learn about fitness (once my coursework was completed) was to get out there and do it. I don't know what your job situation is, but if you can get a job in a gym, community center or wherever you're interested in working, that kind of real-world experience really helps.

I'd consider enrolling in a further course. Perhaps there's a home study course that you can enrol in, in nutrition or fitness?
Otherwise just set yourself up two hours a week to sit down and read through some books and articles. Look up respected journals rather than generic web browsing, as that can lead you to all kinds of weird information!

I recently graduated fitness course so now I'm kind of ''Fitness Instructor''. However, even though I passed all of my exams I still need to learn a lot about fitness, anatomy, nutrition, motivation etc. I bought many books regarding my studies as a fitness trainer. However I found that reading those books isn't so enjoyable. There are so many new things to learn, I have to study everything and I'm forcing myself to remember all those things. I know that I have to learn that, and I want to but it's hard why is that? Could you recommend any daily learning routine how to study? It's not only about fitness but now I wanna focus on it and be as much knowledgeable as possible :)
