How tired I am. I slept horrible last night. Right now I'm at work and trying to keep from falling asleep - hopefully it's just the office environment getting to me because I wanted to work out tonight. Either way, only two hours to go!

I am thinking of what I will have for breakfast. I think it will be half a banana with natural peanut butter spread on it, some peach yogurt, cup of coffee, cup of green tea after my coffee and 16 oz. of water.
That I have to go to the doctor today for a follow-up appt regarding my weight and bp. I want to remember to ask her to put me on a diuretic along with the bp med she already has me on, because bloating drives me bonkers.

that it's going to be a tough Monday. Looks like the markets are taking a dive; the boss is out; the phones will probably be busy & I'll have to get the trading desk to call any clients who want to place trades
