How tired I am. I slept horrible last night. Right now I'm at work and trying to keep from falling asleep - hopefully it's just the office environment getting to me because I wanted to work out tonight. Either way, only two hours to go!

That after this weekend I have learned that my hangovers are getting worse as I get older....enjoyed St. Patty's Day, but can't do that too often. Probably a good thing!

That I have to go to the doctor today for a follow-up appt regarding my weight and bp. I want to remember to ask her to put me on a diuretic along with the bp med she already has me on, because bloating drives me bonkers.
