Well aren't you in luck. Insanity has a part 2, called Asylum, there is P90X and now, in a few weeks, he will unleash T25. 25 minute intense workouts that supposedly deliver the same results. Good luck! I am looking forward to trying T25 myself!

I don't have Insanity because its too intense for my knees and I dislocated my shoulder a few years ago and my ortho doesn't want me to do any exercise where I am putting my body weight on my shoulders.

I know others restarted the program, I know some went to Turbo Fire or P90X which are both intense workouts. Also, there's a part 2 to Insanity called Asylum out now too.

I am halfway through the Insanity workout. I did it for the first time about 3 years ago and wanted to do it again. My question is, after 60 days of intense workouts what do you do after your are finished with Insanity to keep in the same shape? Thanks.
