Whole wheat bagel with chicken salad made with greek yogurt, celery, apple, grapes, and carrots. Leaves me nice and full without blowing out my calories.
I had a couple chicken breasts that I had already cooked lying around, plus leftover fried chicken from a family function that I needed to skin and get rid of before they tempted me-Lord of the Rings style.

Ham sandwich on wheat bread with spicy pickle, 100 calorie of baked ruffles, can of diet mountain dew code red.
Today, lunch is homemade beef soup, using the leftover barbecued hamburgers from Saturday's dinner, some onions and vegetables that would have not lasted out the rest of the week, and the remaining beef and chicken stock I had hanging around.
Also, blueberries and pineapple for a mid-afternoon snack.
salad with roast turkey, romaine lettuce, mozarella cheese, cucumber and tomatoes. With a light vinaigrette dressing. Husband's lunch (at his request) was hard boiled eggs, a strawberry/pineapple fruit salad and a protein shake.
