Trying out a new recipe tonight, a salad with BBQ'd chicken, artichokes, red onions, spinach,tomatoes, and chopped walnuts, with a balsamic dressing with fresh basil. Sounds good!

Tonight I'm having vegetables only probably greens sweet potato and carrots because I haven't been on spark people in forever but somehow I managed not to gain weight I've stayed the same for two months but today I ate greasy fast food for lunch instead of my usual bowl of soup I have so much guilt when I divert from the norm and toss aside my good habits I'm developing wish me luck
