I only wish I knew. I feel like I am in a rut. Always cooking the same old things, the same old way.

My wife is a very good cook, but gets stuck in a rut sometimes. Any good tips/recipes that are simple and quick to make that would also be very healthy?

I look forward to the day I can point at my rock hard abs and yell out "THIS IS SPARTA!"

Steak (fresh from the butcher) and steamed veggies.
