What are you doing now?
Adding intervals to a stale workout is a great way to shake things up.
Looking at your fitness tracker, it looks like you do a LOT of stationary bicycling. It's really easy to plateau doing the same exercise all the time. Try adding some intervals, such as intense resistance for 30-60 seconds, then back down for a rest, then back up.
I also suggest getting off of the bicycle, and doing something different entirely. Get out and walk, if you're in a gym, jump on an elliptical. Take a class. Do some workout videos. Add something NEW!
It all depends on your goals! If you are comfortable with your 10 minutes a day, you can try to add a minute every day. Or maybe your 10 minutes consist of walking? Add 1 other exercise (lunge, squat, crunch) and add to it every day. Does this help?

I feel in a rut right now. I will be at the same weight for 2 weeks. I need a challenge to kick it in gear. I already do the 10 min activity challenge. I also record my food daily and drink water faithfully.
