Hello, I am new to SparkPeople. Excited to be here! Still learning how things work. I notice that many goals are based on a weeks activity and that I am supposed to weigh in weekly. I'm just confused on how the weeks run on here... Since I joined on a Saturday, do my weeks run Saturday to Friday? Or is everyone on the same weekly schedule of Monday to Sunday or Sunday to Saturday? Maybe I'm overthinking it, but I'm just not sure when my first official week will be up or when I'm suposed to enter my weight and if I accept a week long challenge, when does that week begin and end? Thanks!
