I have the original one and love it - especially now that it will sync with SP!! I haven't really used the sleep tracking feature on it but I probably should.

I have one and I love it. It measures distance, steps and calories burned. I have an app on my iphone where I can get my results, and have it go over to Spark too. I've had different pedometers in the past, but this one is the best.

The fitbit is a fitness gadget that tracks a person's daily steps, distance, calories burned, etc. There are different models of fitbit. You can learn more by clicking on this link.

search the message boards for fitbit. you will see tons of posts.

But to answer your question it is a small slim pedometer that will also measure stairs climbed, calories burned, and steps walked. If you have the ultra (which is being discontinued) or the One (which replaced the Ultra) it also guages sleep. I keep mine clipped to my bra and it works beautifully. For high intensity workouts or longer walks, I earn the pretty little petals. I can earn up to ten of them.

You can also link it to SP and the Fitbit site is pretty good too.

I keep reading about FitBits. What are they? Does anyone use one?
